Sapphire Hotel London

Comfortable room, spotlessly clean, with nice bathroom and good sound-proofing. Lovely continental breakfast with friendly staff. Great value for the price. Convenient location near Hammersmith tube. Excellent Wi-Fi.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to the tube and close proximity to Sheppard bush shopping centre and Westfield shopping centre. The room was clean, and although it was small, it provided all the necessary amenities. The bathroom, while not perfect, was functional. The service provided by the staff was decent, and they did their best to address any issues. there were a few facilities available, such as clean bedding and towels that were changed daily.

One negative aspect was the noise that could be heard from neighboring rooms, which disturbed the overall comfort of the stay.

The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and bathrooms being super clean. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and the daily sheet changes by the friendly staff. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything. We were within walking distance of the Shepherd's Bush shopping centre and the Westfield shopping mall. the hotel was conveniently located near various tube lines, making it easy for us to explore the city.

For us, it was ideal.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the tube and just a few doors down from a plaza. It was close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient and the bed, although small, was comfortable. Having breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to my stay.

Everything was alright.

As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the room. The low noise level ensured a peaceful stay. The main floor location near the entrance was convenient.

Close to Sheppherds Bush Empire, mini fridge in the room, comfy bed, clean and newly furnished room, modern bathroom, close to public transport.

The breakfast at Sapphire Hotel was really nice and offered a lot of options. , we encountered a few inconveniences. The shower had low water pressure and the temperature control was tricky, making it difficult to find the right temperature. our room had a window that was unable to close, made us feel a bit unsafe, especially when leaving the hotel with our valuables. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
